Gabe tries to get over a break-up by dating, while his friends head for an epic showdown in their relationships. Tryst is about how 20-somethings deal with relationships in New York marked by technology and booze.

The filmmakers were interested in using two songs from my album Sun River for the score of Tryst. They got in touch and asked if I’d play live for a scene set in a bar, and I said yes! The creative team was a very generous, and I had the pleasure of meeting the actors and technical teams making the film.
